Sydney to the Central Coast is 85km via the M1 Pacific Motorway. From the Sydney CBD, the M1 is accessed via the Pacific Highway at Wahroonga, then it is a clear freeway run through Gosford, Erina and the Tuggerah/Wyong corridor. Door-to-door from Sydney CBD to Gosford is typically 75–90 minutes. From Sydney to Wyong (north end of the Coast) is about 100–110 minutes.

This is a same-day-all-day route. There is no hard morning cutoff — a 2pm Sydney CBD pickup can reach Gosford by 3:30pm in normal traffic. The M1 northbound from Sydney does back up on Friday afternoons and before public holiday weekends, so Friday afternoon deliveries to the Central Coast should be booked with a noon or earlier Sydney pickup to be safe.
