Packaging guidance
- Documents: manila or A4 envelope, ideally a courier satchel.
- Glass and ceramics: double-walled box, bubble wrap, internal cushioning, FRAGILE label.
- Electronics: original packaging if possible, antistatic if applicable, foam cushioning.
- Wine: wine-shippers or a foam carton — see wine courier.
- Furniture: blankets, corner protectors, edges wrapped in cling film.

Common questions
How big can a parcel be?
Up to 1m × 1m × 1m for car bookings, larger for vans. Anything over 100kg needs a van. Get a quote — the system suggests the right vehicle automatically.
How is the price calculated?
Distance from pickup to drop-off, plus vehicle size. Weight only matters at the cutoffs (50kg/200kg/500kg/1000kg).
What about fragile items?
Tick the "fragile" box at checkout. Drivers are briefed to handle separately. We don't accept liability for packaging that fails — pack properly.
Can I send multiple parcels in one booking?
Yes. Add multiple items at checkout. They're weighed together for vehicle selection. Pickup and drop-off must be the same addresses.
What about pallets?
Up to 2 pallets fit a van. For more than 2, contact us — we can quote a custom solution.
