How late can I book a same-day delivery?
Book before 11am local time to guarantee delivery by close of business. After 11am, we still try — most cities have drivers active until 6pm — but it depends on driver availability in your pickup suburb.
How is same-day pricing calculated?
Distance from pickup to drop-off, plus vehicle size (car, ute, van). You see the price before you commit. No subscriptions, no minimums.
Can I track the driver?
Yes. The booking link shows live driver location from pickup to drop-off, plus an SMS update when the parcel is collected and again when it lands.
What if the driver is late?
Same-day deliveries that miss the close-of-business window get a partial refund. Email support@samedayexpress.com.au with the booking ID.
Do you cover all suburbs?
