The Mornington Peninsula is accessed from Melbourne via the EastLink tollway to Frankston, then the Mornington Peninsula Freeway south to Dromana, Mount Martha and Mornington. These are off-peak figures — the Peninsula Freeway backs up significantly on Friday afternoons in summer and before public holidays.
